- OGI is Located inside of M Health Fairview (Minnesota Heart Building)
- The Skyway Parking Ramp is located on the corner of 65th Street and France Avenue. Level C connects directly to the M Health Fairview through the Skyway to the Minnesota Heart Clinic Building.
- Once you enter M Health Fairview Southdale Hospital, Take Elevators on the left, go up to 4th Floor.
- When Exiting elevators on 4th floor take a left. OGI is in Suite W400.
