About Sara
Sara joined OGI in 2017. She graduated with an International B.S. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison studying nutritional sciences. After moving out east, she completed her Master of Science in 2015 from Stony Brook University as a Nurse Practitioner in Perinatal and Women’s Health and her RN at NYU. Before joining OGI, Sara lived and worked in New York as a WHNP. She spent many years as a RN at NYU Langone Medical Center, and finished her nursing career on the Labor and Delivery unit there. She also worked as a childbirth educator supporting women through their pregnancies and postpartum. Since starting her medical career, Sara has always known that women’s health was her calling. She has found a home at OGI managing women from adolescence to post-menopause. She loves walking life with her patients, offering health advice and motivation along the way.
In her free time, Sara loves to spend time with her kids, husband, and large extended family. She enjoys getting up north to the boundary waters, coaching her children in sports and life, playing soccer, and spending time with friends.
